If you use our IT services as a consumer, you may revoke the IT Service Agreement concluded between us as follows:

You have the right to revoke the contract concluded with us within 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract without giving any reasons. To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication exercising your right of withdrawal before the revocation period expires.

4. Consequences of revocation
If you revoke the contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of revocation from the contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Special notes
The right of revocation expires and the contract cannot be revoked
- in the case of a service contract that does not obligate you to pay a price, if we have fully performed the service;
- in the case of a contract for digital content that does not obligate you to pay a price, if we have begun fulfilling the contract.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal for paid IT services
The right of revocation expires for a contract to provide paid IT services if we have begun performing the IT Service Agreement or the service - i.e., if we have made our IT services available to you - after you have given us your explicit consent to begin the performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and have simultaneously acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal in this case.
