Anycast
One address. The nearest answer.
Every nameserver address is announced from all of our points of presence via BGP. Resolvers reach the closest one automatically, and if a location goes offline, traffic moves to the next one without anyone changing a record.

Lower latency
Queries are answered by the closest location on the network, not a single data centre.Resilient by design
If a point of presence is withdrawn, BGP routes queries to the next one within the same address. Our own network
Operated by Gentlent on AS52112, with no third-party DNS provider in between.Features
Everything a zone needs, nothing to add on.
Every feature is part of the plan. No paid tiers for flattening, no extra charge for mirrored domains.Templates
Define a set of records once (mail, web, verification) and apply it to any zone in one step.
Wide range of record types
From A and MX to CAA, TLSA and SVCB. The everyday types and the ones you only need once.
CNAME and DNAME flattening
Point your zone apex at a hostname. We follow the chain and answer with plain records, fully standards-compliant.
Mirrored zones
Alias a whole domain to another. Your country domains answer exactly like the main one, and stay in sync.
Import and export
Bring existing zones in and take them out whenever you like. Your data stays portable.

Serverless functions
Script your zones with your own code for dynamic answers and custom logic.
Traffic control
Answers for the right destination.
Geo load balancing
Return answers based on where a visitor's resolver makes the request, so each visitor is directed to the right target.Failover
When a target fails, direct traffic to a healthy target so your service remains reachable.Flattening
A CNAME at the apex, without breaking the rules.
The DNS standard doesn't allow a CNAME next to the SOA and NS records of your root domain. With flattening, you write the CNAME anyway. Our nameservers resolve the target and hand resolvers the final addresses. DNAME records work the same way for whole subtrees. In your zone

Mirrored zones
Many domains, one set of records.
Own yourname.xyz, yourname.de and yourname.at? Make one zone the source and mirror it to the others. Edit a record once and every mirrored domain answers the same, with names rewritten to match.yourname.xyzSource zone
