Our support center at support.gentlent.com predates our new support center that is integrated into our website at gentlent.com.
In a time intensive operation, our team manually copied, reviewed, and replaced all support articles on the old support center with custom pages on our new website to improve speed and user experience and cut cost and time it takes to push out new content. We believe that the new support experience will make it easier to respond to feedback or heavily asked questions.
